our very first Boondockers Welcome stay, and had a wonderful time. The Muncys made sure we enjoyed our stay and were great fun to spend time with.

Sam met us in the driveway and helped us to get set up. He even loaned us a heavy duty extension cord for the electrical hook up. Location is lovely. Even though it’s right off a main road, we heard no road noise at night. The best part was the full tray of West Virginia rolls that they brought out to us the evening before we left. I had seen that they provided the rolls but I didn’t expect a big tray of them hot out of the oven.

Communication was good. Beautiful drive in. Access was easy. We enjoyed the area. Visited the historical towns in the area. Hosts were very friendly. On our last night Sam and Sharon gave us homemade West Virginia Pepperoni Rolls. They were delicious! Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Sam and Sharon.

Sharon and Sam were great hosts and extremely helpful during our one night stay. Sharon helped us into the driveway and with any questions we had. A note for future travelers, bring your 15-30amp adapter for the electric as this was needed during our stay to plug in. We did not see a 30amp adapter as I worked with Sharon during setup as we had forgotten our 15-30amp adapter at home. we had no issues at all running our one AC which was a major plus. thank you again Taste of WV!
