We live on 8 acres west of Townsend. There is a pond for those who like to fish. There's some good size bass, crappies, and catfish, among others. There is plenty of room to turn around and it's nice and quiet. I have a 30 amp RV power outlet on the back of the house that will reach to the driveway with an extension cord. There is a dump station at the Smyrna rest area about 8 miles south. $10. We're 20 miles from Dover Downs for you race fans and there is also free water and dump there. The beaches are about 80 miles.

Both retired and looking to stay warm in the winter. Details: Two retired factory workers. We are low-key and thankful for our good fortune in life. We enjoy drinks at 5, but not to excess. Always interested in good conversation, but like our privacy as well. Come and relax for a few days. Skills or Expertise to Share: Nothing really. Terry's a good cook. I've stumbled and bumbled my way through life and somehow made it to retirement with all my fingers and teeth and some of my brain cells. More good luck then good management, that's for sure. We live in Florida January to April. We're just south of Kissimmee but our driveway is too small to be of much use as a boondocking spot.

We were taken in last minute while trying to get away from the coast and out of the wind and rain from Hurricane Ian. Malcolm responded quick and took us right in. We never got to meet the hosts, but he was rapid fire on the texts :-) The parking spot was perfect and level and we loved checking out the Delaware countryside, and visiting Amish markets during our 2 night stay. Thank you so so so much!

We stayed in our class C. 30amp power and water were available. we did use the power. we arrived with a full tank of water so we didnt hook up. the space was easy to back into. The proerty is beautiful with a couple of ponds and lots of lawn. Malcolm was very quick to respond, accomodating and responsive. While Malcolm was not around this weekend, several family members were and all very friendly. We certainly recommend this host. This is very convenient for us when visiting our daughter in college and hope to be back again!

Bert welcomed us to Terry and Malcolm’s little piece of heaven helping us get hooked up for AC use. So very peaceful and quiet. We saw rabbits and deer come out in the evenings. Our dog loved the pond and the large yard to run. A town is close by for needed supplies.

I cannot speak highly enough of this host and location. Communication was great and the location was more like a luxury resort. Although shore power was available, we didn't need it and parked overlooking one of the ponds. Could not have been better.
