Although off the beaten path, this was a perfect spot between here and there to rest and relax before another day of travel. Quiet in the country setting tucked away. Host wasn’t around but was available within minutes of each text. Power and water if you need it- we didn’t. Just a simple stay. Thanks so much to the folks who offer their places like this!

Our stay at The Campfire was great. Our host was gracious enough to have us even though he was gone camping. Parking was easy and it was peaceful.

Although our host was unable to be here. he had a neighbor willing to help out. We found a nice, level spot to set up, facing woods and a field that had pretty wild flowers. It's very quiet and peaceful here, with lots of birdsong. We enjoyed our stay!
