Retired and enjoying new endeavors. Details: My wife and I have lived on this 10 acre property for over 30years now. This was an old fruit farm in years gone by; lots of wildlife viewing (turkeys, deer, coyotes, birds). Home Town: St. Joseph, MI would be the closest "home town". Its a beautiful little town on the shores of Lake Michigan. Quaint shops, a very well known beach area, loads of fine dining...... Favorite Boondocking Locations: We travel to the west coast most summers.....our daughter is in Beaverton, OR so visits are “mandatory”. Winter months are spent in Central Florida. The RV life is what we love!! Skills or Expertise to Share: I have a smattering of tools etc. and can help with some RV repairs if necessary. And, if you love Pickleball, Debbie is a first class instructor!!!

Located less than a mile from a Kake Michigan park, Ian and Debbie’s former orchard was a great site fir us traveling through Michigan. Gracious hosts, lovely quiet site, and one of the prettiest driveway entrances ever. We are so grateful for this lively stay.

Amazing location and host!. What a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Had a great conversation with the hosts. They were so informative, not only about the area but about the state of Michigan! Hope we can return one day. Thank you again!

The hosts were very friendly and invited us for a chat around the campfire. The spot was shaded and leveled. A 30amp and water hookup were next to it. We visited downtown St. Joseph, with its nice little shops and nearby Beach.

Stayed here one night and will definitely return. Driveway is narrow. Barely wide enough between the vegetation for my class A, but it was fine with patience and attention. Host is super friendly. Strong cell signal on all the big three carriers. Great quiet spot!

IanDav were wonderful hosts at a beautiful property. I had some complications getting there and arrived later than I originally stated, but they were gracious and happily worked with us. Wonderful people, wonderful place. Thanks!
