We live on a dead end street in a relatively quiet suburban neighborhood. RV parking would be located on paved driveway. Do you like beer? We are about 1 1/4 miles walking/driving distance from downtown where there are lots of breweries, restaurants, and specialty shops. Like biking? The Schuylkill River Trail passes through Phoenixville and continues 25 miles east to Philadelphia (mostly paved). The Perkiomen Trail is also nearby and follows along the Perkiomen creek for 20+ miles (mostly gravel). If road riding is your thing, Chester County has some of the best road cycling roads in eastern Pennsylvania. Like to kayak? Kayak rentals are available on the Schuylkill canal, about 3 miles away. Enjoy history? We are located 15 minutes from Valley Forge National Historical Park. How about hiking? There are numerous hiking areas within 15 minutes of our home, too numerous to mention. Suggested Local Attractions:Valley Forge National Historical Park, Schuylkill Heritage Center, Lancaster County farms and markets, Schuylkill River Trail, Perkiomen Trail, Philadelphia (City of Brotherly Love) Note: 15amp electric is available, however this is not adequate to power an AC unit.

A quick stopover. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. We didn’t use their hookup as we were self sufficient. We would come back😀

Pat and Robert were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet, yet close to town and bike trails. Nice way to start with my Harvest Host membership!

Pat and Robert were great hosts! The spot was lively and quiet. We had a spot to take our Lulu for a walk too. They gave us some great recommendations for the area and we ended up at the Phoenixville Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Great market and great town. We will definitley be back!!
