Traveling the country to visit and earn as many Jr Ranger National Park Badges as we can! We are a homeschooling family of 6 who likes to learn through experiences with our side kick pup who thinks she's just another one of the kids.

Our stay here was peaceful and beautiful. The hosts were very helpful with our hook ups and gave us helpful information about the area and for the rest of our travels!! Absolutely Beautiful area.

The communications were prompt and the host was very understanding. The low clearance of our 24' vehicle made this not a good option for us. We likely would have also needed more blocks to level than what we had with us. The photos were good but I failed to notice that we wouldn't clear the entrance.

We are so grateful to these wonderful hosts! Communications before and during our stay were very helpful and their directions were spot on. It was easy enough to back our 28’ class A into the parking area and connected to the power source +/- 35 feet away. They have some awesome shade trees! The parking location is not level but is quite doable with leveling blocks. Being relatively close to Hartford we anticipate lots of jet traffic, but the neighborhood is very quiet and we slept great. We got Verizon 4G with 2 bars. There are scenic byways, and very pleasant walking, hiking and biking paths in the area. Our Hosts sent us links to many that we didn’t know about, so now we have to come back someday to enjoy them. Many thanks to our Hosts, and the local businesses for their kindness to travelers! We woke to a flat tire on our moho with only 650 miles on new tires. Our Hosts were there immediately to offer assistance, Rt 44 Tire & Auto had us fixed up and on our way first thing in the morning.

Great hosts, Great night, The only reason for 4 stars out of five on the parking is because it is not level. We needed to lift one side about 5". So be sure to bring enough leveling blocks.
