We have a limestone packed side area to our drive, measures about 15 feet wide by 25 feet long. We have a water spigot, 30 amp outlet and a 11 volt outlet about 60 ft. away. We have extension cords and a garden hose long enough to reach spot if you need them. We ask $10 for a nights stay or whatever you can afford. Pets, and smoking are aloud, just pick up after yourself and your pet. Thanks Suggested Local Attractions:Covington Court Square is a 10 minute drive away and full of fun old antique and what not shops and several good restaurants, Mexican, steak, and country food! Ice cream parlor too. There is am old fashioned hat making place on the square too , cowboy mostly, that is fun to check out. Also an old theatre building that still has shows on most weekends. Back at the campsite there is a restaurant within walking distance called the Breakfast Cove. Their menu is not just breakfast either. Good food, good prices. Nice parks and a couple of hiking trails in Covington too.

Location

Access Road Conditions: We live in a subdivision and there are some low hanging tree limbs and a few low wires but they have never been a problem with my 11 ft tall rig. Please park on the limestone gravel and not the grass. The levelest part of the spot is at the top nearer the street. I have a 30 amp box and water spigot but they are about 60 feet away. We do have a 30 amp extension cord and garden hose that will reach, you are welcome to use them. We ask for $10 a night for utilities and water or what ever you can afford. One night stay only. Pets are o.k. but please pick up after them. Smoking is ok, just please don't throw the butts on the ground. Garbage can is by house. There is a fire pit in the back yard you are welcome to use wood is included. The Breakfast Cove restaurant is behind our house within walking distance. Go around the fence on the left of the house and up the hill. Thanks

Wife and I and our little dog, Buddy, love to travel and explore. Details: Retired from truck driving but I pick up an occasional acting job as an extra now and then for beer money. Alice and I have been married 42 years. It's been the happiest 6 months of my life! lol.. just kidding, I like to joke a lot as you can tell. City boy marries country girl is our story. She taught me the joys of country food, living off the land and loving all animals and nice people. Home Town: We are right outside of Covington TN where the best BBQ pork sandwiches ect. are to be found. Memphis is just a 45 min. Drive away and they have pretty good BBQ too. Favorite Boondocking Locations: In Pensacola Beach Florida you can travel down to the end of front beach road and there is a parking lot there with a small bathroom/change building. You can boondock there for a night or two and it is right by the beach. Now, don't hang your close out on a line or look like you are squatting but we have never had the dreaded late night knock on the door. Skills or Expertise to Share: I fly a small open cockpit aircraft called a powered parachute. I play guitar pretty good and I can make a mean margarita.

Doc and I had a wonderful time on the host property. They were very nice and helpful. We were able to spend some time together and get to know each other a little more. They were just really nice people. Doc and I appreciate them having us on their property. Thank you again for having us.
