Narrow area in the back of my yard, ideal for short vehicles such as Vans and Camper Trucks. Pets are welcome but I do not have a fence. There is a dog park within a mile. In the middle of downtown Jacksonville and walkable to coffee, beer, pizza, etc. Small trailers can work too, but not too long. I had free power and hookups, but I was hosting so much that my utility bills soared so now asking pls for $5/night for water and power if you need it. If not, no donation needed. *** As of Mar 15, 2021 - they are working on my street and plan to for a few months. That would mean that you would need to enter through my back alley, which is a little tighter and you might pass by palm fronds, etc. that would likely touch your rig. Some people might not mind and some people might.... There are no huge branches, but some fronds and some small branches, so it is up to you about tighter access or not. So it depends on how comfortable you are maybe getting some scratches and navigating an alley that you will need to make a 90% turn in to park. So far a small Unimog, Sprinter and other similar length and height vehicles have been ok but I want everyone to know this will likely go on through Fall of 2021 *** Suggested Local Attractions:Lots of restaurants and breweries in walking distance as well as a large park, dog park, disc golf course, tennis courts and basketball court.

Had an evening game at 121 financial ballpark only a 1.5miles from the little dollhouse. Had wonderful evening watching the jumbo shrimp beat Nashville 4 to 1! Thanks Janie for accommodating us!

Absent host, but really worked hard to make us welcome. The access is tight, but not a problem with a class B. Interesting part of town. Reminds us of our old victorian house in the Ditmas Park neighborhood in Brooklyn. Reinforces the fact that BW is not just a place to stay but often takes us to parts of the country that we would normally never visit.

We were in town to catch an evening jumbo shrimp baseball game, only 1.5miles away! Had a great time at the game and nice evening camping in the Springfield district, Thanks Janie!

Had a nice relaxing stay. Discovered yummy local eateries and strolled the neighborhood admiring the architecture. It was nice having electricity available. Location was easy with our Roadtrek. Thank you.
