We are a lake community with many parks. We live within walking distance of bars and one has concerts every night. We also live within walking distance of a couple restaurants, Mexican food and pizza. A brewery is in the works to be opening and it's a very short drive, and around here we are always cooking stuff up, always down for some music or games around a bonfire. Nearby attractions would be movie theaters, thrift stores galore, breweries, dog parks, and a great Texas grocery store - HEB. Best store ever!

We love children of all ages, smoking outside only, not really any designated area but cigarette butts need to be thrown away, not left on the ground. We can discuss arrivals and departures, we don't have any ground rules regarding those two things. generators can be used any time.
