I live directly across from a huge lovely park with a small lake and a walking path. There is also a dog park right beside it. My property is very close to the beaches. There is a great bistro about 10 blocks away where you can watch sunset over the intercoastal. There is also a park up the street that leads to the water; great nature walk. Grocery stores and pharmacies etc. are close by. Downtown St. Pete and the beaches are close by. Ft. Desoto beach is amazing there is a fort there too. It is about 30 minutes away. You may dump your tanks for free at the campground there but the office appreciates donation. Suggested Local Attractions:Beaches are wonderful & downtown St. Petersburg is full of museums and great restaurants and music venues. Tampa is about half hour away where there are often sporting events and major concerts.

NO SMOKING PLEASE Late arrival is okay, please communicate. Slide outs may be used depending on size of rig. NO smoking anywhere on the property or adjacent sidewalk (there is a park across the street) NO children, NO generators, unless whisper quiet and only for brief use. There is electric available for small fee. SOME PETS ALLOWED. Please inquire. Large park and Dog park next door. Fenced yard might be available use on a case by case basis. Pet sitting available on a case by case basis.

Access Road Conditions: Street parking is legal all around my home. Camper can be left in the driveway or yard adjacent to the street or on the street depending on length. Will need slight leveling blocks if parking in the yard. Tow vehicle may need to be street parked next to rig. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Street parking alongside rig which can be parked on the grass or left hooked up to tow vehicle depending on length. Max 25ft rig. *Tow vehichle must be detached

I love to travel, mostly for music festivals, but enjoy a lot of great music and the art museums in my hometown of St. Petersburg FL. I'm a semi retired yoga instructor and pet sitter. I like to go up to Maine, where I was born, in the summers and visit my family and also stop to see friends along the way. Home Town: St. Petersburg is a great city. It's vibrant, full great restaurants, museums and galleries. You can go on walking tour (or pedal pub) of downtown and see amazing murals everywhere. There is no shortage of nightlife including multiple breweries where plenty of music is often found. And then there are the beaches.... our area beaches have been voted number one in the country multiple times. It's really a great city to visit.. I did and I stayed for 27 years. I love living there almost as much as I love traveling.

I was really well welcome by the hoste. Nice dog park and big park really near. Also nice beaches not far away, Ste petersburgh is very a wonderfull place!

A nice driveway with house current and water in a beautiful area. The home is across the street from a lovely park with a pretty pond you can walk around. It’s also near the Pinellas Trail which is the paved bike and pedestrian trail that goes from Tarpon Springs to St Pete Bch. (Maybe further north?) The host is a wonderful, generous, interesting person we hope to see again! Thank you!

Staying at the Lotus Patch was a wonderful experience. Michelle and her adorable dogs were great hosts. My 15’ camper fit perfectly on the driveway and parked tv on the curb. Lots to do in a great area. Thank you so much! Looking forward to the next time
