House Rules

Please insure that your rig is completely self contained. Please be prepared to carry out everything (including gray water and trash) that you bring in. Electric hook-up is no longer available. Sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Pets MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES as we have small animals such as chickens, cats and baby goats. Absolutely no aggressive dogs! We do our best to be considerate of our neighbors so please consider if this location will work for your pet(s). We offer a large pasture area where your doggie can do it's business and get some exercise provided it is on a leash, with you and under control at all times. ZERO SMOKING/VAPING or recreational drugs of any kind at this location. Due to our own respiratory health issues and an increased danger due to drought, absolutely no cigarettes, pipes, tobacco, vaping or marijuana (even in your rig, as we may have windows open). We are more than happy to share our little farm with guests and appreciate respectful consideration in return. Quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM. Please, no generators or intrusive noise during quiet hours. Departure time by noon on the following day of your arrival. We look forward to meeting new friends, sharing stories, travel tips and a cool beverage! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! We are always happy to help out in any way we can. Happy Trails!

Amazing hosts and adorable animals. I almost got my fill of goat petting. We felt like we were visiting old friends. This stop will be one of my favorite trip memories.

We were so thankful for these hosts and their hospitality. We needed to get out of the Yosemite area a day early because of a snow storm scheduled to hit the day of our departure. With less than 24 hours notice these hosts accepted our request. When we got there we were warmly welcomed and they helped us back into a good spot. The hosts showed our 4 year old their zip line (which he couldn’t get enough of) and even brought us some corn bread. They have a really great little farm, and it was very interesting seeing the system they have in place. Prior to leaving in the morning, the hosts took our son out to pet the goats and even gave him a book for the road. Such great people, it was really great meeting them and spending some time with them.

P & J are wonderful hosts who are eager to help in any way needed. Pam even gave us a bag of lemons from their tree. Sweet goats, dog, & other animals on their little slice of heaven. We will definitely try to stay again, if we're in the neighborhood.
