We're in a scenic, semi rural residential neighborhood on two acres in historic Virginia horse country. We have a bonfire site and patio with a fire pit. One acre of our property is fenced with dog-friendly fencing. We have lots of big trees and gardens. *Our driveway entrance is over a culvert/ditch and is single car width but our driveway is two car width. You will need to pull in and back out. We'll clear our driveway of our vehicles before you arrive. Suggested Local Attractions:We're about an hour from DC and near many historic Virginia sites. There's good hiking about 30-40 minutes away.

House Rules
Generators may be run but not after 9PM. We are in a quiet neighborhood so noise levels need to fit in with what's going on around you. Please be tidy and clean up. We can take bagged trash from you, within reasonable household amounts. *If you bring dogs, they need to be on a leash unless they are in our back yard and supervised. If your dog is going to be off leash in the backyard, message me first to coordinate times so we know to keep our dogs inside. Please scoop the poop (we can provide bags and a bag drop spot). *Children are welcome and need to be supervised at all times. Please ensure they are following requested expectations. *Please be mindful of the nature and gardens around you, taking care with the living things in it. *We have chickens who may free range in the front yard by the driveway while you are here. If you have pets, please ensure the safety of our hens when your pet is on leash. We may be able to reward you with fresh eggs. :)

Access Road Conditions: Our driveway entrance is over a culvert and ditch. You will need to pull in and back out, possibly with a spotter helping you back out but most drivers have been fine on their own. We may be available to help when needed. You can access our property on a paved road (Mountain Road) but some map searches lead guests here on a gravel road (Loudoun Drive). Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to or in line with the rig on our driveway

Owners were SUPER nice and welcoming, with easy communication and made rolling in on a dark, rainy night easy with an extension cord left out for us to plug in. Was great to get up and have a nice quiet neighborhood walk. Lovely folks
