We have a small cozy plot of land in the eastern townships. We are 30min to 1hr drive from a lot of attractions to do, moutain climbing, zoo, spa resorts, etc Suggested Local Attractions:The local attraction 30min away would be granby zoo and magog memphry lake.

-Pick up after yourselves -Smoking is permitted as long as no Cigarettes on the ground. -generators permitted but your rig will be placed far from the house. -Dogs permitted on leash and poop shall be picked up before leaving. -no precise hour for leaving, but arrival when still light out would be much appreciated -music permitted with reasonable loudness -offer 5$/night 15amp electricity -camp fires NOT permitted but you are welcome to join us at ours 😉 -kids have to be looked after and stay with parents at all times.

Couple that loves to see people and travel Details: Hi! Future Guests!!! So happy to be a part of this wonderfull giving community. 2 yrs ago we bought a shortbus and made a tiny hous out of it. We live in the province of Quebec in a small village. We traveled to nova scotia last summer. We bought this piece of land with our daughter and hubby, and can't wait to see you all!!! The scenery in Estrie is marvellous. So many hills to climb and places to visite in a 1hr radius. We are 25 min from Magog and 20min from Orford 2 tourist wonderfull places We speak both english and french. We can offer Electricity too. See you all soon😉 Home Town: We live in a small village in the eastern townships, named Bonsecours. We have a house with our daughter, and a small plot of land Favorite Boondocking Locations: We haven't boonocked with this site yet! But have used free spots all the way up to nova scotia from quebec Skills or Expertise to Share: We love to renovate, travel and listen to country music!

Bel endroit ombragé avec beaucoup d'espace. Hôtes très accueillants qui peuvent vous recevoir dans les deux langues. On trouve une station de vidange pour VR à 5 minutes de l'endroit.

Pugs Land est un magnifique endroit et paisible. Nancy et Patrick ont été tellement accueillants! Nous le recommandons fortement!!

We had a very enjoyable stay with the Pugs Land. The property is beautiful and our hosts were very welcoming. It is great to share vanlife stories and experiences from the road. There was plenty of room for us and our friends who are also Boondockers Welcome companions. How nice to be able to spend some time together in the region. We are so grateful for this sharing community!
