Our small ranch is located at just over 10,000’ with beautiful mountain views near Cripple Creek, Colorado! Enjoy the fresh mountain air, go for a hike, visit the Gold Mines, see ghost town, or try your luck at the area casinos.

House Rules
As a courtesy to your hosts and other guests, no smoking is allowed on site and no generators allowed from 9pm until 7am.
Location
We have a few parking options available, however, we do not have specifically improved campsites. The sites are gravel or grass and leveling may be necessary. The access road is about .3 miles of gravel and is maintained in good condition with ample clearance. We have modified our driveway and now have limited turnaround space.

We have been camping for over 30 years and really enjoy getting out and meeting new people and seeing the natural beauty all around world. We occasionally travel to get somewhere, and sometimes we travel just to be tourists or to get away. We have three adult children serving our country in the Air Force and Space Force, so they are scattered around the globe. This gives us another reason to travel to see our growing families! We do not travel with pets. We are Boondockers Welcome Hosts, but also enjoy getting out.

I cant imagine a better possible stay. the property is beautiful and situated right where inwanted to be with excellent views and even good seclusion. My family enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again if plans align.

Mark and Karen are wonderful hosts. Parking is easy, the ranch is beautiful and the view of Pikes Peak is awesome. We had an enjoyable, quiet evening and good conversation with our hosts.

This was one of the best HH we’ve ever stayed at! Karen and Mike were so friendly and welcoming and their ranch is just gorgeous! Fantastic level spot among the Aspen and pine trees. beautiful wild flowers around and we saw a spectacular double rainbow during the evening rainstorm. i just wished we lived closer so we could come back again!

Friendly and graciuos couple. Interesting too! They made Debbie and me feel at home. We enjoyed their company and hospitality. Their home is beautiful and scenic. Recommend staying them if your up that way.

Beautiful mountain setting at 10,000 feet …. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Location is close to Pike’s Peak and Cripple Creek. Highly recommend!!!
