Quiet, layed back country property. You will park on the East side of the garage with electric hook up 30 amp for one and a regular outlet for another. Water fill up but not hook up please. Dogs on leash until they are comfortable with our dog. We have a fire pit, large patio, grill, outdoor theater, and small pool. There is also a big yard for games. In Aug and Sept you maybe offered veggies from the garden! We are close the the highway, 5.5 miles, but a nice little break while traveling. Suggested Local Attractions: Boulder Ridge Zoo, Jordan Lake, Morrison Lake, if you have a boat. Lake Michigan 1 hour 30 minutes away. Halfway between Grand Rapids and Lansing. There are also golf courses in the area.

This is such a convenient location just a little ways off of I-96 and the Clarksville exit with very welcoming and pleasant hosts. We were offered, but didn't need, the 30-amp hookup but the the water was appreciated. Watching the sunset over the cornfield from their beautiful covered patio was so relaxing. All this and the large variety of homemade wine made this a very memorable boondocking location for sure. The only downside might be the couple miles of gravel roads that can't be avoided to get there. And make sure that you follow the very clear and explicit directions to find the location. Do not trust your GPS.

The host couple could not be more helpful and friendly. They're down to earth, country folks who enjoy conversation. We spent a very enjoyable evening with them and a few of their friends around the campfire. We learned a lot about the country lifestyle from them. Highly recommend!
