I have cats on the property that help control pests. No cat chasing will be tolerated by your dogs or children. There are bee hives on the back side of the property, so please donβt venture too close to them for your safety.
Location
Back in to the front of the ranch house and leave room for other guests. Bring a long 30 amp cord, as the connection is on the opposite side of the house.

Perfect spot for a restful night. Amazing sunset and a shadey start to the morning. this was a perfect place to launch our day of adventure at Cleybourne and Dinosaur Valley State Parks. Great communication and easy to find on google maps. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

great hosts, adorable place,very accomidating. Spent three nights with hookups. Had fun at the fire with the hosts and friends one night. Definitely recommend a visit.

From the initial request, communication was great. Really quick response and flexible with arrangements when we ended up arriving slightly earlier than planned on the day. Great facilities, even with an outhouse which has showers that were offered for us to use. Friendly cats who cane to say hello. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little bit in the late night, our drive there from San Antonio Texas was so peaceful and relaxing in the dark. The instructions were right on the spot, the streets were smooth the entrance was magical it was like arriving into a magical place! The Host was very inviting with every detail from our arrival to the amazing restrooms, electric & water Hook up connections. After connecting to everything we were greeted by our Hosts stunning cat's ππΊ 2 beautiful well trained cute little cat's. We really enjoyed the clean, well maintain, friendly animals. At the time we arrived the host asked us to be quiet because she had AirBnB guests. The host also has a shower πΏ and 2 toilet's π½π½ available for use. in the morning we were woken up by a beautiful Rooster πππ it was the perfect morning and location to stay. Me, My Wife and her uncle and aunt really enjoyed our stay here. We had a few extra to catch sunrise π

This host was SUPER accommodating with our last minute request & allowed us to park on grassy area which was closer to the electrical outlet (otherwise we would have needed 100 foot cord). This was only possible as the ground was dry. The property is close enough to the road for easy access, but far enough for privacy & quiet. Host texted very quickly in answer to our electric cord dilemma. Definitely recommend a stop here!!
