Great communication, and nice couple! Parking is on gravel and level and easy to access with 21ft van. The driveway is short but moderately steep, and may be harder with bigger rigs.

Keith met us in the driveway to show us where to park...a very much appreciated gesture. Loved staying so close to a fantastic hiking trail.

GPS shows them on the North side of the road. That is incorrect. The RV driveway is just before their house. The site was levvel. $5 a day for electricity. Keith, Anne and their dogs were friendly. We would stay again.

Keith and Anne came out to meet us and get us situated. We have a small truck camper, so it was easy to get in and out. The site was level and Keith offered electric for a nominal fee. They don't have a shop, so we left a donation. Great views and easy access to Cortez.
