Keith gave me excellent directions, the parking location is fairly private, level, and very quiet. The hosts offered access to 15A hookups but I have good solar. I did however use plenty of water. It was a great base camp to visit and explore Mesa Verde. Highly recommend the location 👍🏼

Keith and Ann were gracious and pleasant hosts. Their home is easy to find, right off the road, yet it's still quiet and feels remote. Keith gave great recommendations for places to hike and we really appreciated being able to use their Wi-Fi to work! We highly recommend a stay!

We had a great stay at Turner Ranch. The spot is easily accessed and level. Keith was very helpful getting us situated. Cell signal is spotty but wifi was strong. Easy access to Mesa Verde and the city of Cortez. Highly recommended!

Turner Ranch is a great spot, with easy assess to Hovenweep and Mesa Verde. The hosts met us, as we approached and helped guide us, up and into their driveway. We recommend this spot to anyone in the area.

We had a nice visit at Turner Ranch. We spent most of our available day at Mesa Verde. Had a great visit to the Mesa. The house is located down a winding canyon w small farms along the way. A nice get away. The weather was a little on the cool / damp side during our visit so we didn't get much chance to visit with our host. By the the time we were leaving and saying our goodbyes and thank you, we realized what we missed by not being able to visit with host. Just not enough time. We at least had a condensed visit and it was great. Hope to get back again sometime and spend more time. By the way, Keith had great directions to the house.
