Had such a great stay. There was a lot of cloudy and rainy days so it was nice to charge up. We enjoyed a night by the campfire talking with the hosts and making grilled chicken.

We stayed one night while traveling through NH and it was the perfect place to park our 40' long 5th wheel. The owners greeted us in the driveway and showed her where to park. It was fairly easy access, just look for the trees while turning, and the parking spot was well leveled. They have the electric and water hook ups available for a very small fee and have even a fire pit and picnic table available. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to visit the Retreat Farm in VT (15 minutes drive). We enjoyed the best cheese in that the small farm market, and the kids had the best time in the forest exploring the different trails! (make sure to wear ticks repellent!) We decided on a diner at the Marina restaurant which was overpriced for okay food, but the view of the sunset was amazing! Lastly we woke up early the next morning to get a breakfast at the Fire Art Bakery Cafe, and it was delicious! This was a short stay, but unexpectedly nice. We are grateful for Irving and Nancy who made all that possible!

This was my first Boondockers Welcome stay and I loved it!!! Irving and Nancy are absolutely wonderful folks. Irving greeted me when I arrived, showed me a couple of parking options, and made sure I had power. The first night we stayed at the back of the property in the woods. On the second day their other BW guests left. Irving let me know that we could move to the front area if I wanted to. So we pulled up to the prime spot with sunshine and a view. I travel with my mini pig Kevin and two indoor cats. They said it was okay to let Kevin roam around, supervised of course. He loved all the tasty grass and basking in the sun. I think they got a kick out of watching him. One evening we sat by the fire and had hamburgers. It was very relaxing to just sit and chat and get to know each other a little. We stayed with them for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If I travel this way again I know exactly where I'll be staying 🙂

It was such a great quiet location with full service. Pad was packed garble and levelled. It is on a busy road to get into the property so watch your GPS closer slowdown to find the entrance if you are coming from east. We sat down around the fir on the first night and talked about RVing and some helpful info. Thank you so much for letting us to stay at your place.
