Irv and Nancy were outstanding hosts. Great conversations and hospitality. We really enjoyed sharing their R V ing experience and ingenuity. Our site was in the back 40 as Irv called it. slightly elevated , easy access with our rig (24 ft) Flat , drive thru and full hook up was an unexpected bunus.

Irv and Nancy were most gracious to my wife and I. As Boondockers welcome virgins we didn't really know what to expect we were more than pleased with the entire experience. parking was easy along side his shop, with water and 120v, but then Irv surprised us by hooking up a 30amp plug which was great considering it stayed in the 90's every day we were here. Another surprise was a camp fire with Irv and another boondocking couple. Our site did not have dump but just down the road is the Keene waste treatment facility which has a very easy FREE dump station. Any and all other Hosts will be measured by this great couple. Stay here and you will be blessed.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay. Enjoyed having a campfire with the hosts and hope to met them again down the road. They were great with my chatty 10 yr old. No 30 or 50 amp, but 20 amp was strong and ran everything we needed. Tons to do in the area Would recommend this spot to anyone.
