Property backs onto a farmers field. Its a quiet neighborhood with middle to upper class homes. There is a lake nearby, accessible by walking. Property is close to the City of Edmonton and City of Leduc. Lots of places to shop and in the fall of 2018 a new Costco will be opening less than 4 km away. The Edmonton International Airport is nearby but no planes fly over our property nor can they be heard. Property has large trees and half of the property is fenced in to allow pets to run around off leash. Suggested Local Attractions:New Shopping Mall at the Airport. 5 Km away. New Horse Racing Track soon to open late 2018 to early 2019. West Edmonton Mall about a 20 minute drive away. City of Edmonton network of parks one of the largest in the world 20 minutes away. Bring your bike. More than 75 km of trails.

No off road vehicles ATV, UTV or Dirt Bikes. Quiet time between 11 PM and 7 AM 7 days a week. No weapons or shooting of guns of any kind. Must keep area clean and pick up after pets. If in doubt please ask.

Access Road Conditions: Main road is paved. Property has gate code access and code can be obtained at request. Gate width is 16 feet wide. Property is very secure. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Property is 4 acres lots of room to park RV and park tow vehicle.

Beautiful and peaceful area. Puppers are awesome and even had a neighbour's Puppers visit. Would stay again!

A beautiful property. I wish I'd come to stay when everything wasn't covered in snow. The host was there to welcome me and suggested some places to park the trailer and told me about the services available in the area. He was helpful and gracious and if it wasn't so cold out or a pandemic going around, they would be great to talk to.
