I so appreciate Thomas and other hosts who are willing to allow travelers to stay on their property. I missed the driveway and got caught at the dead end and messaged him. He responded quickly and bailed me out when I didn't know how to find his address. He was great. Thank you : ) !!! The guest book he has is a great idea and I was happy to add my 2 cents. I wasn't planning on using electric but it was a cold night and he was totally flexile. Great overnight location!! Would definitely recommend it for visiting the area. Thank you Thomas!!! My only word of caution is that if you have anything over about 25 feet, it's might be too tight to get into his neighborhood and driveway.

Yesterday was a good day … it began with watching the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico then the drive along Rt 98, the Gulf Coast Highway, to camp at another great Boondockers Welcome site, Brandywood. Tom, the host, is a computer guy from NJ who works remotely from his trailer here. When I arrived, he helped me get set up, and even made a little campfire for my enjoyment. A 5-star host!

We were thrilled to be the first guests at Brandywood in Milton, Florida. Thomas has been a gracious host and has welcomed us with open arms. He was very communicative leading up to our stay and helpful giving us the lay of the land. Milton is a cute little town and so close to several Florida beaches. The spot is off of the beaten path and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would recommend Brandywood to other Boondockers coming to the panhandle of Florida.
