Welcome back to those who stayed with us before. We are located in a business area, nothing special for a scenic spot, some might not like it. There can be noise, vehicular traffic at times, equipment could be operating across the street. Wreckers are in and out of the gate loading/unloading vehicles at all hours (not a steady stream but it happens ) so if you're a light sleeper it just might wake you up. But free is always good lol...Nights and weekends are very quiet here 99% of the time. This is a great spot to use as a base camp for seeing the Tampa Bay area. Having said that, we encourage you to explore and enjoy our Home Town of Tarpon Springs, truly a little gem on the Gulf of Mexico. Parking is in front of my business on the North side of the gate (area 1), the north side of the property (area 2), and across the street (area 3). All 3 areas are grass or mulch or sand covered. Check the area map in our photo section for reference. Please use jack pads under your levelers or stands if you are going to unhook. The grass will NOT support your stands and it will most likely sink a little (I park my camper there too and know this! A dumpster is located by the gate, and you are welcome to use it for any solid waste. There is a hose for water so you can fill your RV tank if you need water. (Please do not block the gate) Any open spot is ok for you to park/set up. There are no hook-ups (Dry camping only). If you come in at night and do not like backing in after dark, you can park across the street until morning. If you want help backing in, just call me and if I am home I will be glad to assist you in any way that I can. Suggested Local Attractions: Close to beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, Anclote Park is the Closest 1mi away. Fred Howard Park, Sunset Beach, Honeymoon Island SP, Anclote Key State Park, The Sponge Docks, Weeki Wachee State Park home of the Mermaids & Kayaking down the Weeki Wachee River, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, Ft. Desoto Park, and plenty of other great places to visit in the greater Tampa Bay area. What a great stop! we stayed in a 32 class C. very easy to level. owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. He told us to park along the side in the shade, and if we had any problems with low limbs he would come out and trim them. the street we were parked on had low traffic. we felt safe in the area. close to the sponge docks. about 10 minutes from our grandkids was rhe best part. We had to leave a little earlier than planned had trouble with our inverter staying on to keep our fridge cool. I looked and looked fount a site about half hour away booked it and messaged to tell him we would be leaving and why and he offered to help us with the situation..But we had already booked a place. we will definitely make this a stop again.. he went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable!!

This was a great place to park. It was close to downtown Tarpon Springs and Sponge Docks. We didnt mind the traffic during the day, there wasnt that much, and soon after dark the traffic almost stopped. We have a 40ft 5th wheel and pull with an HDT and are 65ft bumper to bumper. We had to park in section 2 along the street and were parked under trees for shade. It was level frt to back and we had to use our blocks to level side to side but wasnt bad. This is in a commercial area but felt safe. I would deffinately use again if we come back to this area.
