I live in a quiet, safe community in West Palm Beach, on a very tropical 1/2 acre. Some other amenities. Washer / Dryer on the screened patio. 8 person Hot tub on the screened patio. Access to the back yard: Treehouse, firepit and wood, patio for BBQ and picnic table. Trash and recycling available. No drugs or drama. No generators. No large, aggressive or barking dogs. Free city water and electric but you will need a long cord.

Driveway to the side of our house is pretty tidy, side to side - 8 feet max on your rig. ***Height restriction 10' 4" {124 inches} because of low branches on trees at front of driveway, width of rig shouldn't exceed 8 feet..*** Level surface, total vehicle and rig could be up to max 45 feet hooked up if it's a travel trailer. Backing in the driveway is required. Most pop outs should be ok if they are located on the driver's side of your rig?

How lucky were we to find such a gracious host offering to share this lush, green oasis. We had some minor mechanical trouble and arrived later than intended (sorry!) but our host put us at ease and made us feel welcome. In the morning we got to take in the full tropical beauty of this home. We felt restored and rejuvenated just for having spent one overnight there. Many thanks!

Drew is a great host. He communicated well. Upon arrival he showed me the spot & was willing to be helpful for the stay. He helped me back in around the tree limbs and plants. The spot is surrounded by plants. I watched a bitterfly just out my window. :-) Recommend.

Beautiful tropical setting with the most sharing host, Andrew. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, I will definitely return when I’m in the area 🤗

So very happy to have stayed with Drew and Karen. From the start they were so accommodating, sincere and kind and they opened their home to us and it had so much natural beauty. We loved going into the back yard and seeing all the abunant plant life they have growing there. They offered for us to use their washer/dryer and even let us use the guest bathroom to shower. They have a hot tub too, which unfortunately we didn't get around to using it but definitely next time! They gave us great recommendations for where to go to the beach and where to go snorkeling near by. The driveway is narrow as described but we had no problem getting in and out with our 20 ft trailer and truck. The location is very convenient to visit beaches and to go snorkeling and it's only 15 minutes away from Rosemary Square which has a lot of shops and restaurants (live music on weekends). 30 min to Phil Foster Park for some great snorkeling and then John MacArthur state park is just right there also. I can't recommend this place enough. Best hosts we've ever met on all our journeys and if you stay here, we're sure you'll enjoy your time as well. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.
