We had a wonderful three night stay at Turkey Hill. Easy to park the RV, great view, and they even provided free firewood. The grounds are a great place to walk the dog. Darla, Rich & puppy Kailey were all delightful. I highly recommend Turkey Hill!

If you are near Bellville Illinois or even St. Louis this spot is wonderful. Hosts are very accommodating and make you feel very welcome. The spot is quiet and secluded. We would recommend it highly!

I was fortunate to stay at Turkey Hill for 3 nights in order to have time to explore this region for the first time. Darla and Rich could not have been kinder in providing guidance to seeing the best places in the area. This type of experience just re-confirms my belief in the spirit of boondocking; I hope to return to this great location someday in the future because there's more to see (and I'll need a refill of the delicious honey they make:)

I chose this location to visit the Gateway Arch and i couldnt be happier. This property is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. I loved my stay here and honestly hated to leave. My dogs even got some good playtime with their adorable puppy.

We were met by Darla when we pulled in. She told us about the grounds and then let us just wander and look and stretch our legs. The lake was very peaceful. It rained overnight but there was no problem getting in or out. Very quiet night. Thanks Darla and Rich!
