My home is right in town, but I have a larger city lot and larger driveway then most. I usually have my 26' motorhome parked in the driveway in front of my back garage, but can easily move it over to park a second RV. if it is in the way for larger rigs. There is also room for Smaller rigs to maneuver into the grass area in the backyard where there is a firepit and a nice space to setup in. This is a good location for short stays. Basically we have just a driveway to park in, with a yard to use. We are right on the bus line though, and there are sites to see in the area. There is a free dump station about 15 minute drive across town. I do have a 50amp outlet, and some other outlets off the garage, that can be utilized if parking location is right, and i am not in need of them myself. Suggested Local Attractions:St. Cloud has lots going for it for a decent size town. Wednesday nights all summer there is concerts in the park, and we are within walking distance from a shuttle for that. Munsinger/Clemens Gardens are a well known attraction, as well as Quarry park.

House Rules

I think common sense prevails. We are in town and there are neighbors. Communication is probably the biggest thing to not cause issues. no generators(I can get you a power cord). We have 2 teens so pets should be kid friendly.

Location

Access Road Conditions: location access can be a busier road at certain times of day, but slower traffic. Easier to go around the block, and back in when facing south. You can pull into driveway forward, but expect some difficulty with traffic backing out later due to traffic. txt ahead and we can plan for easier in and out. I would have you back or park behind the front garage, so it is about 75-100ft of backing in from road. fairly straight, but have to avoid the garage corner. smaller rigs we have more room to park/maneuver, and even possibly park in back yard. There is also some tree's that need to be watched for. I will have to measure and maybe do some trimming for taller rigs. 10' clearance is no problem. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: on property in driveway.

From the beginning of my request the owner was quick with communication. A little tricky backing into the spot but I made it in one shot. 50amp plug with dogbone available. Great neighborhood for an evening walk. Thank you so much for sharing your driveway and making this so easy!!

5-Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent communication and directions. Easy access for my 20’ RV. Nice little town. Beautiful area. My host was at work when I arrived so they gave me instructions on where to park and plug into electric. Level spot, shaded and peaceful. I met my host later that evening and enjoyed sharing stories. They have a unique awesome rig and enjoy being affiliated with a like minded group with same vintage rigs traveling and going to events. Host was very welcoming, friendly and generous. Also shared great places to visit in the area. Lots of awesome bike trails. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and Marley enjoyed the big backyard as well. Thank you for a wonderful safe place to stay. We look forward to coming back when we are in the area again. Lindy and Marley IG: @tinyvanbiglife

Everything is as it says on the profile. Host was not there when we arrived, but he was very communicative over the app’s messaging, and we felt very comfortable. Backing in was a little tight, but there was enough room.
