PLEASE read all the info! I am about 10 minutes from BYU campus. The map on this site shows me off in the boonies, but I am actually in North Springville right off of Hwy 89 and a couple of miles off of I-15. So this is basically a place to pull over for the night. I'm OK with you unhooking to go see some sites for the day. This is basically a low key kind of thing. I would not expect people to be hanging in the RV all day, just a place to crash for the night or unhook for the day to drive around to see stuff. If you are in a van or a class B I can probably accommodate you on the driveway. You need to be no longer than about 25' to be in the drive (including your hitch tongue.) I have had people with smaller trailers park in the drive and put their tow vehicle on the street. If you are longer, you can park at the curb on my residential street. If you are on the street, popouts on the drivers side won't work. There is a downhill slope on the street. So this is not an ideal situation, but may work for you if you are in a pinch. I would like to emphasize that this is sleep for the night spot, I have had guests that complained about the lack of scenic views and the fact that it was a residential area. If you are looking for that, I suggest Harvest Host locations, my place is just about a free, safe place to rest your bones! LOL! Suggested Local Attractions:Located a few minutes from BYU campus in Provo, UT. Lots of cultural stuff in area including the Springville Art Museum, museums on BYU campus and more. Lots of outdoor activities in area.

House Rules

So as stated, this is a place to pull in and sleep, or to unhook and see stuff for the day (or you could Uber around). I can't really have people hanging out at the RV all day long. I don't have a problem with pets that are kept in the rv. It is a neighborhood, so you can walk your dog around the block and please clean up! Please be mindful that it is a residential area, so noise should be kept to a minimum and I would ask that you turn your light out at a reasonable time so as not to annoy neighbors.

Thanks for hosting, R...Your knowledge of the area, as well as of travel trailer ops was helpful. Pretty humorous, too. Best wishes always. R&S D

We came in on a super hot day and the offer of electricity was very welcome. Fortunately we were short enough (19ft) trailer to fit on the driveway. Pretty easy leveling. Somewhat busy street but nice neighborhood. We walked down and around the corner to a neighborhood park and up and around. Nice view across at Utah Lake. I didn't realize communication really needs to be done by SMS message - she doesn't get app based messages except when at home. Not a big problem just some delays with quick questions. Thanks for a good night's sleep before another very hot travel day.

Rebecca was a very gracious, welcoming host! i enjoyed chatting with her, and she invited my dog to stretch her legs for a bit in your lovely back yard, also offered the use of electric and water (I didnt use). I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe for the night. Thank you so much! 💕
