Harvest Hosts has a bug. You CANNOT request a "same day booking" after 3 pm. If you want to book after 3 pm please select a future date and send me a message. Also, please email team@harvesthosts.com and ask them to fix it :-) Mill Valley is a great place for hiking and is only 30 minutes from San Francisco. We are close to the Dipsea trail that you can take into town or for a longer hike to Stinson Beach. We have a flat part of our driveway, where we normally park our van, that has a view of Mt. Tam. There are two chairs you can sit in to watch the sunset. CAMPERVANS and TRUCK CAMPERS ONLY. MAX 20 FEET. Anything larger will not fit in the parking spot. No Trailers. This is a narrow driveway and tight turnaround. You'll start by turning around and heading back up the hill. The parking spot is on the left-hand side of the driveway, please park close to the rock wall.

Great spot and view, like the listing says very tight turnaround to get in, but it wasnt a huge issue. host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. would stay again.

Andrew and Kate went out of their way to accommodate me. They had been out of town traveling for the weekend but Kate returned early to be sure and be there to help me get parked. They are so kind to make their little patch of level driveway at their mountain side home available to travelers. I was coming south on the US-101 And CA-1 and was surprised to find a spot just 30 minutes from the Golden Gate Viewpoint. I was able to get up and out the next morning and find a place to park and shoot video and take photos of the bridge and town.

Wonderful to find a host in the area. Roads are tight and steep in a few parts. All doable, but I had a little nerves. I am from illinois though. Once you arrive a wonder flat spot with beautiful views. Thanks

Kate and Andrew are very welcoming. Received a quick response to our stay request and good information to get there. The road up is winding, narrow and partly steep. Upto 20ft vehicle no issue, parking is flat and the view from the strategic placed chairs of Mt Tamalpais is great. From here it is easy to reach scenic viewpoints of the Golden Gate. We utmost enjoyed our stay.
