Sanbornville is a small, quiet New England village with a handful of locally owned restaurants and pizza shops, as well as a cute breakfast diner right next to the railroad, all within short walking distance. We're about 1 hour from the seacoast, 1 hour from the Lakes region, and 1 hour from the mountains. Our driveway is only a half mile from Rt. 16, so it's a convenient stopover on your way to or from other destinations. Suggested Local Attractions:The East end of the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is only steps away from us. It's a 12 mile walk to the village of Wolfboro. Speaking of Wolfboro, we're just a 20 minute drive to "America"s Oldest Summer Resort".

House Rules
No smoking please. The driveway is not far from our house. Vaping is fine. Generator use is limited to Noon to 3pm because we are in a village district, close to other homes. Kids are the responsibility of their parents, we don’t want anyone to get hurt! Our children have toys and play equipment outside, but we ask that you request permission before using them. As much as we love animals, we ask: NO LARGE DOGS. If you know that your dog barks when you leave it alone in your rig and go off for the day, please don’t leave it alone in your rig. We ask that you walk your dog in the village area instead of our yard. There are local parks just a block away as well as a rail trail for longer walks. Local laws require that your dog be on a leash when outside of your rig.
Location
Access Road Conditions: It's best to come up the hill northbound, especially if you're backing a trailer in. It's a small paved side street in a village area with minimal traffic, so you can take your time backing in or unhooking your toad. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Toads and tow vehicles can park in the same driveway as the rig.

Homeschooling Family of 9 Details: We are a big family with a small property in a quiet New England village. We purchased our first RV in 2019 and have fallen in love with the RV life. In our own travels, we've seen the need for RV "crash pads" en route to destinations. Come stay the night on your way to the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. The parking area is back-in only. It's a narrow driveway off of a village side street that's on a hill, so moderate back-in skills are required. But don't worry, we'll help you out. The driveway, once you're in, is level. Minimal adjustment should be needed. Because of the hill on the road and the uneven terrain of the property, large rigs with little ground clearance could risk bottoming out. Class A, Super C, and large 5th wheels will not be able to get in. Travel Trailers under 30' should be fine. Our Travel Trailer is 29' and the tail end comes close to the ground when backing in because of where our sewer connection is. Small to medium Class C as well as Class B are perfect for this site. Toads and tow rigs can park in the same driveway as your rig. No smoking please. The driveway is not far from our house. We enjoyed a quiet evening. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. After some thunder storms we had a lovely rainbow to end the evening.
