This is a subdivision. You can park on the street in front of our home or in our driveway. The driveway can fit 4 regular sedans. Parking area in front of the house can fit an RV up to 25ft long and is pull through. It is not much but if you just need a place to park and spend the night it would do the job. There is a park connected to our subdivision and it is great for a walk and pets. Kings Island is 10 minutes away. There is a bike trail that runs along the Little Miami River 5 minutes away with a large enough parking lot for an RV. There is a bar "The Monkey Bar" by the bike trail. The city of Loveland is 10 minutes of back roads and offers great food, ice cream, kayaking and it is connected to the bike trail ( 4 mile bike ride from The Monkey Bar, 4 or so miles from our home ) Kroger and fast food are 5 minutes away. ***** Things to consider ***** Water hook up is 40-50ft away from the driveway. (you can hook up to our hose if yours doesn't reach) The driveway is sloped so you will need a few leveling blocks. Suggested Local Attractions:Kings Island Amusement Park( 10 min away ), Downtown Loveland ( 5 min away ), Loveland Castle, Little Miami Scenic Trail ( 5 min away )

We needed a spot for a quick overnight stay, and this location was fine. It is as advertised, a home in a residential neighbourhod, but thats all we were looking for. The only trick is with the short driveway. We have a 21 ft Class B. There is a slight slope so to get reasonably level, we had to use some blocks and move towards the street. That meant our unit was then blocking the sidewalk that runs in front of the house. Our host said that happens frequently and is acceptable. It felt a little awkward, but we had no issues overnight or in the morning (we didnt leave until 9am). In the end, we had a safe and quiet overnight stay, and all communication with our host was excellent. We would stay again if all we needed was a brief overnight rest stop.

A nice place to stop for a night, a home driveway parking spot w/ 15amp power, a block from a local park...
