Acreage on county road. There is a train track within 1 mile but it does not bother us. Quiet area, a small town 2 miles away with a grocery store, dollar store, and a few places to get some "close to home-cooked" meals. You would park on the side of our detached garage which is a gravel drive. Suggested Local Attractions: Freeport, Bryan, and Sargent Beach are 30 minutes away. Both the San Bernard River and Brazos river are within 15 minutes to access. Fishing areas close by.

We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The site has everything you could want or need. Nice large level space with firm gravel. Electric, water and even sewer was offered. We have a 38 foot class A and simply pulled in the long drive and unhook our toad. The host meet us and showed us the site. It was easy to maneuver into the space and setup. T-Mobile coverage was good and our solar and Starlink had open sky. We enjoyed our chats with the host and they really wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Thanks for being a host. Cheers

Cernice was so kind to take time from her busy day to help us get set up. Wish we had more time to spend with her, but we had to press on in the morning!

We stayed for a couple of nights. It was a rural setting very close to town and the host was very friendly and shared their outdoor space with us which was a welcome bonus. We would definitely stay again.
