House Rules
You are welcome to take a shower when we are home. You may also do a couple loads of laundry. Smoking out back by the RV only or in your RV. No need to run a generator you can plug in. The plug by the parking spot is a 15 amp and SOME ACs are tripping the circuit breaker. Or if you run a lot of things at the same time, that will also trip the circuit breaker. :-0 We do have a 20 amp plug in but it is 50 feet from the middle of where you park. Depending on which way you park the reach might be more than 50 feet. If you have a long enough extension cord and a 20 amp plug for the 20 amp socket we can help you run the extension to the 20 amp. If you use an Air Conditioner Please turn it off if you are not home in the RV. If you are leaving a pet in the RV you may leave it on for a donation of $5 per day. If you have a dog it must not bark and be kept on leash when out of RV. If you have a barking dog we would ask you to leave. Do know that we live fairly close to downtown which means there are some people that think it is OK to take anything, like a bicycle or chairs, that is left lose and in sight. So lock you items up or ask us if you can put them inside the gate by the garage. The neighbor is safe not to worry there. It is just crimes of opportunity.
Location
Access Road Conditions: 24 feet is max. We only accept Vans or cab overs. No pulled trailers. If you are a Van or cabover and your total length is 24 or less you will be OK. We do not have water hookup but you can bring the RV around to the front of the house of fill water tanks.

We have a small camper van and it fit perfectly. We walked to downtown to get some things at the pharmacy and passed the Olympic Training Center which we went to see the next day. Nice hosts. Thank you.

Bien situé, les hôtes sont accueillants. Nous avons visité Gardens of the God et fait le Manitou Incline qui sont environ à 20 minutes en voiture.
