House Rules

Smoke out back by the RV only or in your RV. No need to run a generator you can plug in. The plug by the parking spot is a 15 amp and SOME ACs are tripping the circuit breaker. Or if you run a lot of things at the same time, that will also trip the circuit breaker. :-0 We do have a 20 amp plug in but it is 50 feet from the middle of where you park. Depending on which way you park the reach might be more than 50 feet. If you have a long enough extension cord and a 20 amp plug for the 20 amp socket, we can help you run the extension to the 20 amp. If you use an Air Conditioner, Please turn it off if you are not home in the RV. If you are leaving a pet in the RV, you may leave it on for a donation of $5 per day. If you have a dog, it must not bark and be kept on leash when out of RV. If you have a barking dog, we will ask you to leave. Do know that we live fairly close to downtown which means there are some people that think it is OK to take anything, like a bicycle or chairs, that is left lose and in sight. So, lock you items up or ask us if you can put them inside the gate by the garage. The neighborhood is safe not to worry there. It is just crimes of opportunity.

Great quiet alley spot! The host gave great instructions on how to find it and was there to greet me when I arrived. I wasn’t there very long as I was catching up with a friend, but it was perfect to know I had a quiet, safe spot to come “home” to. Thank you!

i was lucky to stay last minute on a whim when some plans changed unexpectedly. My request was quickly approved and once I read the instructions properly, i was able to find the parking spot even at night!

Our unexpected need to find a place to stay worked out fine thanks to Dennis responding to our last-minute request. The parking spot next to his garage is absolutely perfect for a van. We didn't need electric hookup or water, but we very much appreciated the offer. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

Thank you so much for accommodating us and sharing the history of your beautiful home. Directions were clear and concise. We did indeed walk to downtown for delicious ice cresm and sushi. Centrally located but very quiet. We shall return.
