Iowanice x 2 Details: Hi! ~Ron and I are the proud owners of a teardrop camper named Wall-E. After many years of tent camping with three scouts and on family vacations, we decided to finally get up off the ground. We've owned Wall-E for 5 years and have close to 25,000 miles seeing the US and Canada. ~We are currently empty nesters of 4 "sometimes" wonderful kids. We have 3 grand kids which we never see enough of. Looking forward to teaching them the great sport of camping and seeing the country. ~ Ron and I are both still employed as we have very expensive hobbies. We both love to cycle and always include RAGBRAI on our yearly calendar and we're both on ski patrol at the local family ski resort. ~ We love meeting new people and seeing new sights. Life is too short to stay in one place. Home Town: Bettendorf, Iowa

This location was perfect for an overnight stop. The neighborhood was super quiet, and the host was very warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Ron & Missy were very accommodating, we had good communication, parking was leveled, neighborhood was beautiful & peaceful, and I'm so in LOVE with their puppy Keeva! I hope they call me to puppysit for them someday ;) 1st night Missy brought me chocolate chip cookies, so sweet of her & they were delish! Tons of trails in the area, both Ben Butterworth Parkway & Sunset Park were great places to walk & chill. Quad Cities is a great place to stop, thank u!

We arrived later than expected yet Missy was very welcoming and helped us “newbies” park our trailer in their driveway. A lovely neighborhood and setting. Our best night sleep in weeks. In the morning, Missy visited with us as we got packed up to leave. Communication was prompt and Missy was an amazingly gracious host.

Spent a relaxing day in Quad Cities (free bike rental @ Visitors Center in Moline, visited Lock #15 Dam @ the Rock Island Arsenal) and ended it with a restful, calm night @ Wall-E’s World. Beautiful home in a quiet suburban area with very kind hosts. The lanscaped yard was a colorful repreive from freeways and concrete.

We were warmly greeted at this lovely site and the hists could not be more friendly or open. It’s a gorgeous neighborhood, nice and flat, with tall sheltering trees. The kids took the dogs for a nice walk - our hosts even helped with that! - but no one was sleepy so we regretfully pressed on. This is a great place!
