. . . SORRY . . . I HAVE A SEVERE ILLNESS . . . we are unable to host again until 2023 providing I can put the cancer into remission. We are in a residential area within 5 minutes of downtown Cloverdale. A couple of blocks from Highway 10 with connections to the BC Ferries (35 min) and Vancouver Airport (YVR) (50 min). The drive to downtown Vancouver is a 1 hr drive or 1.5hrs if using transit or 35 minutes if you drive to the Park & Ride. Suggested Local Attractions:Check google for the date of the Cloverdale Rodeo. The main street in Cloverdale (a cute country town) has been a multitude of movies. White Rock Pier and the Pacific Ocean is 20 minutes away.

Happy Couple . . . married 48 years Details: We are a young 65+ couple. Love to RV and share the enjoyment of our 26 years of RVing with other travelers. If not wanting to stay with us, instead wanting to just know of a secret, unpublished, Regional District campsite on the Fraser River 20 minutes from our house (and if you promise not to tell anyone about it) we will let you know where it is. It is our favourite location (just like the picture in the RV magazines, on the Fraser River instead of a lake) and $24 per night. We have RV'ed throughout BC, Washington and California and further south through western mainland Mexico and north through Alaska.. Home Town: Surrey, B.C. The largest city in B.C. (in square miles but not population). Our city consists of about half still farmland with the other half highrises and multi-family homes. Our house is located in what most would consider the downtown core area and a five blocks to the skytrain which will take you to downtown Vancouver in 30 minutes. . Favorite Boondocking Locations: Derby's Reach Regional Park (if lucky enough to get on of the only 38 spots) is right on the Fraser River (20 min away). Oregon Coast is our second favourite place in the world, with the coast of Thialand taking first place! Skills or Expertise to Share: I change my own oil . . . when I have a free day! because it takes me all day, Thats about the extent of my skill and expertise maintenance! Aquarius RV (George) is just down the road for any servicing if needed. George's phone number is 604 240-6570 and my motorhome mechanic is ASHOK who's phone number is 604 722-0323

We had a wonderful stay at Wayne and Petra’s lovely home. They are really nice people and we enjoyed meeting them on the last evening we were there. They provided us with both water and electric service which made our stay more comfortable. We would highly recommend this stay.

Our one night stay at WaynePetra's property was wonderful. Everything was exactly as shown and described on the Boondocker's Welcome site and the location suited us perfectly for catching the morning ferry to the Island. We enjoyed a lovely 'social distancing' evening visit on their outdoor patio, sharing experiences, and becoming friends. As other reviewers have so accurately stated, Wayne & Petra are warm, welcoming, and totally fun to be with. We could have talked all night! We will definitely stay connected and visit again when we're in the area.

A great stay. Wonderfully accomodating hosts. Water, wi-fi, power, and a very lovely, quiet, upscale neighborhood with parks to enjoy during this crazy covid19 time. We'd love to come again, and hopefully, we will.

This was our 1st Boondockers Welcome stay....and it was WAY Beyond our expectations...WaynePetra are incredible hosts....absolutely Fantastic! We couldn't stay on the 9th...but that was no problem for our gracious hosts...we stayed on the 10th...and were treated like Royalty...We became friends and certainly will visit again! What an excellent experience for our 1st Boondockers stay!!!

Wayne had already pulled out his RV to make room for us in his driveway. He was friendly and courteous. The neighbourhood was very quiet.
