We are, well, out in the boondocks. Located off of Route 30 in King William County, Virginia. Quiet, and basically 30-45 minutes away from major centers like Richmond and Williamsburg.

Paul and Julia (as she was introduced :)) were absolutely the best: Quick to respond to our stay request, which was admittedly last minute; flexible, and accommodating. Provided some options as to parking location and very willing to work with us on what might be easiest. Beautiful, peaceful property which makes for a wonderful getaway. Offers electric (15 amp) and water, and an amazingly welcome offer (which we accepted) of hot showers in the finished garage. Apparently the location may have discouraged some from exploring this Host's property, but we rang in 2023 at West Point Dream and wouldn't have had it any other way. Thank you! We'd love to stay again someday!
