We live a few miles from the village of Clifford, in Ontario Canada. We have a large farm yard surrounded by open fields. There is lots of room for whatever vehicle folks come with. Along with a nice grass lawn, we also have a large concrete pad behind the barn for easy parking. It is sloped towards the field so you should be able to level your rig accordingly.

House Rules
We don't have set rules as of yet. We live pretty quietly, and are pretty chill. We do have neighbors in the distance. so we have certain freedoms that come with country living. We don't mind smoking, but ask you do not "flick" your cigarette butts, that you take your garbage with you. Most importantly I ask that you respect the hard work my husband has put into maintaining our property. We are open to requests. We are animal lovers but hope you would communicate with us what animals you will be bringing on our property. We have three cats, who might get their nose out of joint with intruders, especially if those intruders give chase. So dogs either have to be chill with cats, or remain tethered. We also ask you poop scoop before leaving... you can fling it in our field, but I like being barefoot outdoors... and I don't want to feel something squish between my toes if I can help it! Likely more rules to follow, once we familiarize ourselves with this community.

Thrify Loving Campers Details: We are John and Kathy, and try to get out as much as possible in our truck camper. We love back-road country driving seeing both touristy and non touristy attractions. We love garage sale-ing, thrift stores and a good flea market. On our adventures I like to take loads of pictures, mostly of interesting bugs and mushrooms, while John likes exploring abandoned buildings and factories. (Our coolest find yet was exploring an abandoned prison in northern Ontario) . I get a thrill out of using my metal detector to find old relics and the occasional penny, John is a car guy/ farm boy and loves old fords . Home Town: We live in South Western Ontario outside the village of Clifford. It seems we are an hour from everything. Guelph is one hour south, Kitchener and Stratford one hour south west, Collingwood and Orangeville one hour east (ish) and beautiful Kincardine one hour due west.

We were greeted not only by the hosts but also by Pepper the dog and Salty the pig. The site was so peaceful and quiet, a welcomed treat from noise and lights. Host were warm and welcoming ensuring we were comfortable for the night. If there was a 10 star rating it would be there's. Many thanks and know as hosts you are much appreciated.
