House Rules

Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times and never alone. No smoking outside due to fire hazard. Only propane grills. No wood, no charcoal fires. No visitors or parties. Quiet time 10pm onwards. Generator allowed 9am-3pm. But please only when necessary such as meals or recharge batteries. Preferably only an hour at a time a couple of times a day. We have great weather here in the summer and the surrounding waters provide a refreshing morning and evening breeze so you do not always need your air-conditioning running. No grey tank seepage or draining. Dump station at state park about a half hour away. $5 We have neighbors close by...respect that this is a private residential area. Do not use their property to cut through to the hill down to the ferry. I am sure you understand and it will not be a problem.

what a wonderful location and a great level spot to park. Gord and Jeanne were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice, especially about the ferries.

Gord and Jeanne are lovely people. So helpful in all ways. The pad is level and the view out the back had ferry views and lots of deer watching. I was able to get a lot of work done because my T-Mobile signal had 4-5 bars. It felt very safe and I slept like a baby.

Gord and Jeanne had a nice, level spot with electricity available. We really appreciated that as a heatwave was hitting the area. A bit of a crazy neighbor at the bottom of the hill; avoid walking there as she will scream at you for walking your dog on a public road. Otherwise, a good spot in Clinton with friendly hosts.

Jeanne and Gord are great hosts and have a nice pad with a great view of the bay! Communication between us was spot on. We enjoyed time together in their their back yard for fresh raspberries and ice cream. The ferry to Mukilteo and Seattle is right down the street. There is a grocery store in Langley that has delicious home made bread, and a nice beach in Maxwelton. Wilson Way is a great stay!
