Retired nurse and civil engineer Details: We are Gary and Rhonda. We have raised our family of five boys near Lansing, Michigan (in Laingsburg - aka "the burg"). We enjoy "quiet living" - across the street from Lake Victoria - and 3 miles from Sleepy Hollow State Park. We have taken our vintage RV on a couple out of state trips, one to the New England area and one to the upper Midwest are, visiting many microbreweries and state parks. We are still ironing out the kinks and learning the ropes. So if anyone has advice - feel free. Home Town: Laingsburg, Michigan Favorite Boondocking Locations: We have visited wine country near Traverse City and have stayed in Holland and Ludington near Lake Michigan. We have also stayed at nearby Sleepy Hollow State Park. Skills or Expertise to Share: None - still learning!

wonderful place for us to rest and host had no problem with us using our generators. communication was quick and we met our lovely hosts after settling in. They welcomed us like family and gave us tour of their amazing koi pond. 10 out of 10 would definitely return.

We had a wonderful evening last night around the bonfire with Gary and Rhonda and a couple of their neighbours! Their property is lovely and it was a perfect place to rest our heads for the night on our way home from our 2 month trip. We would highly recommend. Thanks again!!

I had such a wonderful stay here. Rhonda and Gary are so welcoming! We had a lovely conversation around the campfire and a perfect place to park and rest after some very busy weeks. I left with new friendships to hold in my heart and hope I will be back one day. Thank-you!
