Not many, this is a peaceful spot and you will enjoy it for that. Because it is "Rustic" camping there is no cell service however we have a land line for emergencies. Power charge is based on simple use however if your using A LOT of power (like a/c or electric heaters) please consider this as this privilege has been abused. Leave your spot clean, DO NOT TRY TO PAT OUR DOG OR SHAKE HANDS WITH US WHEN SHE IS NEAR, other than that she is completely safe and we generally do not have her with us when guests are present. Arrival time is when you get here, departure time is when you leave, not sure if we have a clock here but relax and enjoy. Please enjoy your stay

Class A, just 2 of us and a dog. Details: We have a 30 ft Class A, just 2 of us. Like to travel around a little, mostly like Baja. Just got back (March 1st 2015) from 4 months on the road from Vancouver to Baja to Yuma to Quartzite to Vegas to home. Sometimes spend several months in US. Like Grand Forks, Castlegar, provincial campgrounds and out of the way places. We are 4 hrs east from Vancouver BC on 20 acres in Princeton where we will have lots of room for you. We do most of our travel to the south in the winter months and weekdays during the summer in BC. Home Town: Princeton where we have lots of room for you. Easy access on paved road, we can provide power and water, peace and quiet. Princeton is an old gold mining town that has a wonderful museum. Favorite Boondocking Locations: The desert in the south, Yuma, BLM land and the Baja Skills or Expertise to Share: Mechanic, I may be able to help you with a problem. We are building a full shop with welders etc. Can also find help for you if we can't do it.

Just spent two nights at Witts' End Ranch, a beautiful large property, quiet and peaceful, there's a great spot to park the RV, a swing seat, and a babbling brook. The friendly hosts made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you, Pam and Bob!

Bob and Pam are such nice welcoming people. Fantastic hosts, very informative, accomodating and friendly. Beautiful peaceful level gravel spot near running creek. Great spot to be able to enjoy the outdoors. We hiked up to the KVR trestle. Thanks for making our stay the best!

Bit of a drive to get up there, but that was a big part of the charm for me. Scenic with views of the valley below. Nice parking spot with pleasant stream nearby. Great visit(s) with the hosts. Particularly appreciated them letting us know the following weekend was a holiday of some sort, which helped us avoid really big crowds at Butchart Gardens! Love the ranch’s name also. Highly recommend. P.S., hope we may have the chance to meet the host’s again in San Diego around Christmas as they travel.

Witt’s End Ranch was for such a peaceful spot for us to land after our 10 day camping trip with family. We were hoping for a quiet day or two to ourselves and that’s exactly what we got. This is a special place right beside a flowing creek on 20 acres in the country. a beautiful drive to and from in a spot we wouldn’t have seen if it weren’t for their generous offer to share their land. Meeting Bob and Pam and talking about all things RV, boondocking and Arizona and Baja was just the bonus to it all. Thanks again, we will be back and will be messaging you for more advice, as promised 😉.
