Not many, this is a peaceful spot and you will enjoy it for that. Because it is "Rustic" camping there is no cell service however we have a land line for emergencies. Power charge is based on simple use however if your using A LOT of power (like a/c or electric heaters) please consider this as this privilege has been abused. Leave your spot clean, DO NOT TRY TO PAT OUR DOG OR SHAKE HANDS WITH US WHEN SHE IS NEAR, other than that she is completely safe and we generally do not have her with us when guests are present. Arrival time is when you get here, departure time is when you leave, not sure if we have a clock here but relax and enjoy. Please enjoy your stay

We had such a great time with Bob and Pam. Gorgeous accomodation right by a stream...gorgeous valley, mountains, and so quiet. Best of all was meeting Pam and Bob...such a remarkable, welcoming couple. We will be back!!

This was our first harvest host experience. I'll have to say, the rest have a high bar to meet. The site was so beautiful. Bob and Pam met with us and we had a wonderful conversation. They saved us from taking a bumpy dirt road on our outbound trip and helped us with advice on other issues we needed to solve. I wish we had had more time to stay, but we have a long trip to go still. Perhaps next time...

Bob and Pam are fantastic hosts! We had a great visit our first night around the fire. They made sure our stay was comfortable and had great suggestions for places to get to using our ATV while we were there. We cant wait to make it back here again!

This is a beautiful spot - a very large property with trees, grass and a bubbling brook next to the boondock parking. Pam and Bob are super nice people. After dinner they came to visit, lit the campfire, and we had a couple of hours of pleasant conversation. The road from Princeton is paved and in good condition. I drove in from the Summerland end of the Princeton-Summerland Rd, about 70 km (30 km of which are unpaved).
