I've lived in Elora since 1993. Elora is a beautiful quaint little tourist village. Many tourist come to visit the gorge or the quarry for swimming. There are several little shops with unique items for sale. We have several pubs and restaurants to enjoy as well I recently retired and purchased my first RV in 2021. In 2021 I travelled from Ontario to Alberta going on a roadside attraction scavenger hunt. Then did several loop trips through Alberta and Saskatchewan. In 2022 I'm planning on going from Alberta to the Northwest Territories.

Elfie’s spot was a great location for our family to enjoy our short stay in Elora. She’s right at the start of the Cataract Trail and a two minute walk to the Elora Quarry, which were ideal for us to take our dogs for a walk. She is also a nice short walk into downtown Elora which was perfect for us to spend a day enjoying brunch at the Elora Mill and browsing the shops. Elfie was a great host, quick at communicating with us, and responded promptly to any questions or needs.

We spent an evening on the porch chatting, reading and listening to bird song. Friendly neighbors called hello whenever we were out all weekend. Elbie even met us, guided us in (watch out for hydro pole and tall rigs may worry about the wires to the house) and offered water and a plug-in. Such luxury! I'd love to visit again 🤩
