Mont Vernon NH historic small town in New Hampshire, famous for Doc Adams - noted as the inventor of the baseball shortstop position. Our location is off rte 13, about 1 mile from the center of town. and The Mont Vernon Country Store! We enjoy woods and wildlife all around our property. It's a 25 minute drive to Nashua and Manchester NH. About 1.5 hours to the Lakes Region, NH Seacoast and Boston MA. Max length does NOT include tow vehicle. Pets off-leash are not safe in area.

Access Road Conditions: Country road, nicely paved but fairly narrow, tree height is okay. Will need to back in for easier exit. Careful of GPS directions (need RV friendly), come up rte 122, not Boston Post Rd due to low bridge (13+ ft bridge). Parking spot is in driveway.
