I am 1.5 miles off of highway, with a flat driveway, and a fenced yard for dogs. A lovely garden with a water feature (during the warm weather) is a comfortable way to enjoy your morning coffee. WiFi is available during the warm weather when I have the extender outdoors. I’m also happy to let you use the laundry for a load if you need it. Suggested Local Attractions:Monoosnock trail, Mt. Wachusett, Crow Hills (rock climbing), Leominster State Forest, several Trustees conservation areas, Nashua River for kayaking. Great area for cyclists. 30 minutes from Concord attractions (Old North Bridge, Walden Pond), and 1 hour to Boston to the east, and Quabbin Reservoir to the southwest. Groceries and shopping nearby for restocking.

House Rules
- 2 nights stay limit. - Please park on hedge side of driveway so I can get in and out. - My dog may or may not be friendly with yours - let’s talk before they meet 😉 - Quiet hours 10pm - 7am, including generator use. Please limit generator use to absolute necessity, for the consideration of close neighbors. - Lawn chairs are fine in driveway, but you may be much more comfortable in the yard. - Please pick up after your dog; if the ground is soft in the yard, (say, after a big rain storm), then limit fetch games to prevent tearing up the lawn. I can help find alternative play space if you like. - Please pick up any trash, “leave no trace”, including cigarette butts, etc. - If you have small children, please monitor them as sometimes cars are fast on this street. - Please double check your rig for my black cat before you leave. She likes to explore RV’s!

I’m a dog lover, gardener, hiker, kayaker. Details: I’m a part-time RVer who wants to “pay it forward” with other RV’ers. I like to meet people but don’t hover over them when they come. I have a delightful garden with a water feature, and a dog that is a bit excitable but reservedly friendly. Home Town: While there are not a lot of “cultural” things around, we have lots of places nearby to hike, bike and kayak. This is a good launching place for north central MA and southern NH adventures. Groceries, chain restaurants as well as a few higher-end eateries are nearby. Fall is especially lovely in this area when the leaves start turning in October.

The parking is level and easy to get into. It does require you to back in. The host is very cordial. Thank you for letting us stay. We felt very comfortable and had a great night’s rest.

Sharon made me so welcome and helped shave and bathe my little dog Freckles who had a life threatening experience at the Erie Canal locks! To say I was grateful would be an understatement. She also is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and I took her advice to see things off the beaten path. Climbed Mt Wachuset which afforded a 360° view of Massachusetts, Vermont, RI. She recommended a great farm where I picked blueberries which turned out to be the place my father picked them in the 1930’s. To say I was pleased would be putting it mildly. Thank you Sharon!

Sharon was most accommodating with water, WiFi, & electric. We were even able to do some laundry and use her shower. Will boondock again if in the area.
