In typical older residential neighborhood, one mile from I-10 and one mile from Crafton Community College. About ten minutes from Redlands College in Redlands, CA. Yucaipa is a nice smaller community on the out skirts of the busier San Bernardino area. We have a back yard orange and grapefruit orchard and a garden. Suggested Local Attractions:Orchards

Location

Access Road Conditions: Driveway is on a semi-busy residential city street; 1 mile from I-10 and 2 miles from downtown Yucaipa. Backing in from the street is the preferred orientation and would give more room for slide outs on the passenger side. Limited slide out room on the opposite side. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: RV parking is in our driveway and maximum length is 50', tow vehicle could be parked on the street. Driveway is pretty flat.

Like to be off the beaten path and out of the city as much as possible. Skills or Expertise to Share: Lee is a descent handyman, but worked in financial/accounting management most of life. Gift of helps and likes to have something active to do or exercise. Wife is a good and creative cook, which being gluten free requires, she is also a tutor and does lots of crafts, knitting. Both active and good health and like to read also.

Lee and Peggy were very welcoming and very nice. The parking was more than adequate. We were offered electrical hookup, which we did not need. Peggy is a warm lady with a magic green thumb. She loves to share her wonderful garden. Absolutely wonderful people. You will enjoy your stay with them very much. Bob and Gale Schulke

Nice folks with a nice quiet spot. Loved the orchard in the back yard and so did our Golden Retreiver. Good communication all round. Highly recommend these folks if your passing through.

Lovely people, great hospitality. Lee and Peggy help us to back in the driveway. They are kind and caring. Yucaipa is a lovely town although unseasonably cold this week 😋. Enjoyed our stay.
