For our very first Boondockers Welcome guest experience, we couldn't have had a better time than we did with our hosts. Welcoming and kind don't say enough. It really blows me away that there are folks like these who are willing to give of their time, property and services to help travelers like us have a safe and enjoyable experience. We make this trip at least once a year and will plan to stay here again. Many thanks to them both!

Lovely stay. Stunning landscape in route to the property! Very friendly, hospitable and accommodating hosts. Parked on concrete pad which was so beneficial in the rain. No cell service with Verizon. Great stay!!

Really no way to describe this beautiful place that is tranquil and quiet. Our hosts are the BEST — very welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful! Mrs. Host and I could talk for days on end - interesting and fun. Mr. Host and my hubby enjoyed some laid back conversations. A place very interesting spot close by is a small village of Rugby. Full of history. We loved this place and the hosts.

Our hosts were quickly responsive to texts & very helpful for directions & guiding us in & out! Their place is way off the beaten path, but it was a beautiful, easy drive off I-40 & 75. We were extremely thankful for the concrete pad for parking bc it rained hard last night! Beautiful area, peaceful & so quiet, excellent hosts! What more could you ask for?!! We look forward to this being a regular stop on our yearly trek from VA to TN!
