A few things to cover: -We will have staff onsite until close of business that day (hours vary). The gate will be “dummy-locked” allowing for coming and going as needed for Harvest Host guests and Corbin staff. We ask that you arrive during our business hours (typically 12-6 PM Thursday-Sunday) to allow for our staff to check you in. We apologize in advance, as we know our hours and days of business are limited. Check in consists of having Corbin staff confirm your reservation and assist in finding a parking spot. In rare occasions, harvest host members arrive after business hours - in which case you can open the gate and find a parking spot. When departing please do not worry about closing the gate, the driveway in front of the gate is not long enough for most rigs to park without blocking traffic. -We may have other harvest host guests during your stay. Our space is several acres but limited to 3-4 parking spaces for RVs. These parking spaces are not currently marked. When you pull into our gate, go towards the parking lot/building. There will likely be space in the back of the parking lot for you to temporarily park. Once you are in an area not blocking other vehicles ability to come and go, come inside to check in with Corbin staff. Please be patient with us if you are checking in during busy times. We are thrilled to have you with us, but sometimes stretched thin during peak times which can cause delays/waiting time. -We try our best to prevent you from having to back up, however we cannot guarantee it. If grass/ground is saturated or space is crowded with Harvest Hosts or other vehicles, there is a likelihood that you will have to back up one or more times during your visit. Space is limited. IF GROUND IS WET OR SATURATED DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS - we recommend getting out of your vehicle and checking the ground prior to driving on the lawn. This is typically not an issue, but in the past we have had an RV get stuck from driving on the lawn during the rain. You are at your own risk if you drive in the lawn area. -We do not currently have the ability to share power or other resources. You must be fully self contained. We allow generators. -We currently have very little/no cover or shade trees on the property. -Reservations are made for one night only, unless longer length of stay is discussed with Corbin staff prior to visit. -We would greatly appreciate your business. Our restaurant and winery offers a delightful selection of wines, food and merchandise. We have indoor and outdoor seating (covered and uncovered). Live music on certain Saturdays. Expansive lawn area with room to stretch your legs. Last call for food is 30 minutes prior to close and last call for drinks is 15 minutes prior to close. -We welcome pets. We do ask that you clean up after yours and keep them in your direct supervision at all times. You are responsible for the actions of your pet. -Your vehicle, guests, pets, and any personal property are on here at your risk.
