Prospect Ridge Social, formerly known as Orion Methodist Church, circa 1858, is located just 1.5 miles from US231, north of Troy, AL, near Lockheed Martin's missile facility. The building is currently undergoing interior renovations and is not open to the public at this time. However, enjoy the serenity of the country, beautiful sunsets from your site on a high ridge, and tour the historic Orion cemetery, with markers dating to the early 1800s.

There is plenty of room for vehicle parking on the paved area, and a dusk to dawn light illuminates the parking area.

At present there is no merchandise for sale, but donations are appreciated to help support upkeep of the grounds and historic cemetery. Additional nights are welcome for a fee.
