We have 1.5 acre lot with 60 acre of woodland's and river across road. We have electric and water hookup parking area beside house, in driveway or yard.
Suggested Local Attractions:Fort Rucker Army Aviaton Museum, 2 hours from Panama City Beach or Destin. 45 min from Lake Eufaula. 30 min to Dothan and 15 min to Ozark.

Wendy is a PE teacher and Ken is a recently retired Fisheries Biologist.Our daughter, April is an artist with the travel bug. We enjoy traveling, meeting new people, fishing, hiking, kayaking, and almost anything outdoors.

Access Road Conditions:
We cannot accommodate Class A RVs our driveway cannot take the weight and there is not enough space to turn around. Gravel drive with grass parking off of asphalt county road. Drive is a little steep and bumpy.
