2.5 Acres to roam in the middle of nowhere. Close to I-10 West of Phoenix. Undeveloped land about an hour from Phoenix. No services, just a place to park. Not paved. It is off of I-10 Exit 103 with a very nice TA Truck Stop.

Dirt road to our 2.5 acre lot with a creek down the center. We have both an East and West site available. No hookups currently, just a dirt lot. Wild coyotes, roosters in the morning, campfires and dogs barking. It is the wild desert.

Just be respectful of the trees and animal life. Generators and fires are fine. This is a back parcel among our "family land". You will drive past 2 or 3 manufactured homes on the dirt road before getting to the lot. I recommend snuggling up to the creek for privacy. Be careful of wild coyotes/dogs if you have pets.
