My home is 10 minutes to anything, including to the best dog parks and city parks in town! Easily bikeable to downtown, the university, or anything else you could want to visit. Costco, TJ’s and major box stores are 10-15 minute drive away. I offer water and electric on request. Only one spot has electric available, sometimes occupied. Please be specific in your initial request if you need an electric hook-up. I’ll happily work with you to find a spot, if I have it available. This property is centrally located, but it is an urban neighborhood. While very convenient to downtown, university or healthcare locations, please note that there can be consistent, distant noise such as barking dogs or overnight trains. More importantly, my property is in the flight path of the local Air Force Base, and sometimes the A10s ✈️ can be LOUD and frequent. They rarely fly at night. Please consider the ambient environment if you have noise-sensitive animals, work calls during the day, or you a very light sleeper.
