The stars and sunrises and sunsets are amazing I am in a country setting but close to stores etc and near the colorado river & Grand Canyon. 1 1/2 hours from las Vegas only 1/2 little less from Laiughlin Neveda . There are many great places , off the tourist path to see , & do . hiking and waterfalls. its is the tristate area.. it is not far , 1 hour from Lake Havasu Az . But very quite evenings! my horse is friendly and goat also my little ranch is a peaceful experience . If you like peace & quite and lots of stars in the eveings you will love my place . Access Road Conditions: Paved & good condition just short distants off main road Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Can park on property .working on our fence and property next door . Will be able to host larger then 35 feet after we are done . if your rig is large I have had some over 40 ft get in but were very experienced drivers .
