Quiet rural location in between Harrison AR and Mountain Home AR.
We have a spot for up to 26 ft long unit, and tow vehicle. There are no hookups but you can run your generator during agreed on times. We are 1/2 m off dirt county road on a gravel private road.

Access Road Conditions:
Gravel and dirt private road-hill coming down is steep but put in low, go slow and there is no problem. Need higher clearance at entrance off county road. We have Delano MH and a 5th wheel and do fine.
