We welcome you to join us on the river. The view is amazing and we love sharing it with others.
A level, paved parking surface gives you access to the river view.
We are located 4 miles off I-40 at Exit 67 (Knoxville, AR).
Suggested Local Attractions:Conveniently located near I-40.
Lots of outdoor opportunities for hiking, canoeing, biking, etc., US Forest located near by.

100 miles to Fayetteville, Little Rock or Hot Springs.

My husband and I live in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley and our property is located on the bank of the scenic Arkansas River. He is retired and I’m working towards that. We raised three girls and currently have 2 grandchildren. We try to fill our days with projects and adventure.
